Usage note
“药物”和“药品”意思很像，都指治病的物品，但“药物”更常用于科学或正式场合。
“Yào wù” hé “yàopǐn” yìsi hěn xiàng, dōu zhǐ zhìbìng de wùpǐn, dàn “yào wù” gèng chángyòng yú kēxué huò zhèngshì chǎnghé.
"Medicine" is similar to "medicine (药品)", both refer to items that treat illness, but "药物" is more often used in scientific or formal contexts.
